Round Table in Liman CS: How to Become Independent and Find a Good Job

The round table ‘Policies, Measures and Activities Dedicated to Vulnerable Groups of Young People’ discussed the positioning of young people in the hard-to-employ categories, with the aim to encourage them and prepare them for employment, independence and better social integration.

During the training, young people learned how to master basic life skills that would help them in self-determination and finding a new job. The round table is organised in four cities, including Novi Sad, while the main activity is dedicated to months of work with young people who have got a chance to meet their peers, exchange experiences and say what their needs are.

The programme is one part of the regional project ‘YEP’ (Youth Empowerment Project), which deals with the topic of employment for vulnerable groups of young people, implemented by the countries of the Western Balkans.
